Helical Insight allows users to email the report/dashboard as a one-time or schedule it at a specific frequency. This can be done from the UI itself. While scheduling, you have the option of selecting the format you would like to email it in, the subject, body, To field and then select the frequency.
By using the workflow engine, it is also possible to define event-driven or trigger-driven emailing. For example, as soon as the data touches certain kind of threshold, an email can be sent, or email report can be sent to thousands of people whose email addresses come from a specific file/column of database. What’s more? Using the exporting framework option of Helical Insight, you can define what kind of exporting template you would like to use while sending the reports via email. It is also possible to save reports/dashboards at FTP location.
