SyncHR is an organization that provides HR solution for the enterprise users. This solution help the enterprise users to manage their HR process by giving advantages over traditional systems and it brings transparency in the system. The application gives the operational view in a single, on the reporting side it give the real time reporting thus helping the decision making process.
Helical was responsible for creating various reports using the Jaspersoft along with improvement in the performance of the existing system for report generation used by SyncHR. Helical also facilitated in Electronical Data Interchange between them and their clients/vendors using for single version of truth in their database using Pentaho Data Integrator tool.
