Jasper server uses chrome application installer file while exporting reports and dashboards which are having HTML5 charts included into different formats like PDF, PNG etc..

We could see an error when we export the reports and dashboards, to fix the issue we need to add the chrome installer file path in the Jasper server configuration file.
Follow the below steps to add the chrome configuration
1. Open js.config properties file from below location
Location: < Jasper Installed Folder>\apache-tomcat\webapps\jasperserver-pro\WEB-INF
File Name: js.config.properties
2. Get the chrome application path
3. Add the chrome path in properties file for the below property
Property name: chrome.path
Example: chrome.path=C:\\Program\\Google\\Chrome\\Application\\chrome.exe
4. Save the file

5. Restart the Jasper Server, login to the application
6. Export the reports and dashboards containing HTML5 charts into different formats
7. Now we can see both the reports and dashboards will be exported
