Ltd, based out of Hyderabad, is looking for experienced and driven Associate Vice President of Sales specializing in the field of data warehousing and Business Intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will drive the company’s revenue growth by formulating and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and cultivating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and promote our company’s cutting-edge solutions in the data warehousing and BI market. Helical Insight has more than 50+ clients from various sectors. It has been awarded the most promising company in the Business Intelligence space.

Job Description:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve set revenue targets by promoting data warehousing and BI tools within the market.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s presence and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on understanding client needs and offering suitable data warehousing and BI solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment in presenting competitive products in the market.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitive activities.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating contracts.
  • Building POCs and helping leads while they are building POC on the product that leads to client conversion.
  • Helping in product roadmap and growth based on client’s interaction and requirement assessment
  • Main area of focus will be to generate new leads and follow up with leads with the aim of creating more sales.
  • Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
  • Working as part of a team and closely with other departments within the organization.
  • Creating awareness about the products and services through ATL and BTL marketing, digital marketing and blogs.

Job Specifications:

  • Must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must have 9+ Years of relevant sales experience.
  • Proven sales leadership experience within the data warehousing and BI tools industry.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, Business Intelligence tools, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
  • Must have worked with US and UK Markets.
