Project Based Engagement
Project-based engagement is more suitable for clients who have very clear-cut requirements which have been defined in a requirement document. Based on the requirement document which is shared by the client, our team will clarify any doubts and provide an estimate for the project along with associated timelines. Any work outside the scope of the project will be taken up as a separate chargeable request.
Time and Material
In this billing, a model client is billed based on the total time spent and the number of resources working on the project. This billing model is more suitable for clients wherein the requirements are very complex and not very well defined as well as very prone to changes. This model gives clients the flexibility to change the required specifications as per the current business requirement, prevailing technology, and market conditions.
Dedicated Resource Model
In dedicated resource model, the technical expert resources from Helical IT Solutions Pvt Ltd work as an extended team member of the client and they work only and only on the client project. The resource or team is specifically trained on the client’s processes and tools. The dedicated resource can work on anything like development, maintenance, support, feature addition as per client’s requirement. Resources are paid on a monthly basis at a mutually decided rate. This model is more suitable for clients who have resource requirements for a long duration.
