Our Selection Process:
Our typical selection process includes the below steps.
Step – 1
Aptitude Round
Based on the CV shared and the position for which you have applied an aptitude test is conducted. If you are based out of Hyderabad all the rounds will be conducted at Helical IT Solutions Pvt Ltd office.
Step – 2
Technical Assignment
On clearing the first round which is an aptitude round next round is assignment/ coding round. This round has to be completed in a specific allotted time.
Step – 3
Technical Discussion
On clearing the above two rounds the third round will be technical discussion round.
Step – 4
HR Interview
Lastly, candidates will have to take up HR interview this will involve discussion related to package, location, date of joining etc.
